The first page will have you copy the files from the LAN and store them in the correct folder on your hard drive. The second page will tell you how to setup an icon in Word and in Excel so that when clicked it will put the current path of the file in the footer of the current document that you are working on.

Get the Word macro file
Open Explorer
Go to the directory S:\bs\limited\account\data\shared\MACROS
Single right click on the file Wordfoot.dot (it is a Word file you may not see the .dot) and select open. (you must open it this way)
If your given a Warning about the macros click the button that says Enable Macros
From the menu bar select Tools--> Macro--> Macros...
Click the Organizer... button.
The orginzer will appear.
Click the Copy button.
Click Close
Close Word
Get the Excel macro file
Open Explorer
Go to the directory S:\bs\limited\account\data\shared\MACROS
Single left click on the file Personal.xls (it is an Excel file you may not see the .xls)
From the menu bar click Edit --> Copy
Now in Explorer open the path
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart
From the menu bar click Edit --> Paste
If prompted to overwrite do so.
Close Explorer
