Computer dead / hangs before entering the operating system it can be manifold. Here are tips that I never praktekkan and almost always successful. Select according to the problems faced, or do in stages.

* Check the cable from the cable into the UPS / stabilizer, Power cable to the monitor, monitor cable to the CPU and the cable into the Computer. Ensure the installation was fast and fit, and the flow of electricity and have enough.
* If there is a CD-ROM / DVD-ROM and can be opened / closed, then there are problems in the computer (CPU), from the power cable into the motherboard or the motherboard itself, check the cord.
* If the two steps above have been checked, and still not turn on, turn off the computer and reset the BIOS on the motherboard. I can see in the handbook the motherboard, and BIOS Reset search menu. Usually to reset the BIOS to the Jumper 1 (JP1). There are 3 pins, 2 of them were associated with a small connector. To reset, remove the live and install in only a 2 pin. For example 1,2,3 is 3 pin and pin 1 and 2 are connected, then for their stay in the release and install the pin 2 and 3. Leave about 30 seconds or more and then return as they are. Turn on the computer.








* If the BIOS has been reset and still does not work, try to loose the CMOS battery, that is on the motherboard. Diamkan about 1 minute, and then installed again and turn on the computer. If the battery is quite long, more than 3 years, have replaced that with a new one. Moreover, if the hours on the computer often does not match.
* If the processor fan / VGA rotate, but the computer still does not work, then there is something wrong with the motherboard BIOS or the motherboard is damaged. May need to update the BIOS, but before the update, the computer must be up (enter the BIOS) first. To do so, try to loose cable Hardisk, CD-ROM, Floppy. Then, a freelance computer memory (RAM) and the change in the other slot, or use another computer memory. This may need to be repeated several times, until there are signs of life ...
* If the CPU is invisible work, rotating disk and CPU led lights blink but monitor does not have looks, then kumungkinan VGA (Graphic Card) computer problems. Try to change the VGA or VGA check on another computer (This is not so if the VGA one with the motherboard).

If all the steps above, not on the computer, the computer may need to service people in a more expert. To find out more detail of the motherboard or you want to become qualified, you should buy a special tool called PC Analyzer, which is designed to find out the damage the motherboard.
